Baby refusing bottle

My babe is 8wks and absolutely refusing a bottle! I'm nursing him every 3 hrs or so during the day. I pump in the morning and my husband attempts to give him a bottle in the evening. I leave the house, and my husband tries every trick in the book. He has tried holding baby in a nursing position, and different positions; wearing my clothes; gently squeezing his cheeks; pressing his chin; different bottles and both slow and faster nipples; etc. Sometimes baby has chewed a nipple and eaten that way, but he has yet to actually SUCK a bottle nipple. He has NO problems nursing whatsoever. I go back to work in 2 weeks and am freaking out! We have tried everything and this babe will not suck a bottle! (fyi, he won't take a pacifier, either.) Any other suggestions??
