I just found out I was little over 7 weeks. I get cold sores occasionally and just had one during my missed period. I take lysine pills for them when I get one. My twin and I have always gotten them since we were kids so it’s not from an sti or anything. But I was wondering if I could take lysine for a cold sore. I feel like another could be surfacing on my lip and I try to catch it early. My first apt isn’t for another couple of weeks. So I wanted to find out without having to call and ask someone. If anyone knows and could provide an answer that would be helpful. Thanks.
