My inlaws have been watching my daughter since I went back to work and it has been increasingly more stressful. They lack communication and respect for our wishes. We (me and them) have a rocky relationship and they only reason I let them watch her once a week is because my husband wants it. Well they continue to make decisions regarding her on their own without telling us and take her wherever again without telling us. All i want is some respect and communication. I don’t want them want them watching her anymore, between those issues and the 40 min drive to get her from work and another 40 min home I’m done. I have a sitter that lives 5 houses down. My husband continues to fight me! Thoughts? Anyone else in a similar situation???
