How do I know if I’m not having a miscarriage? How do I know it’s just my period. I recently got off the mirena I was on for 10 years. And started bleeding the day after that lasted 9 days. So I assumed it was my period but I guess now. I didn’t bleed for a week. The. Today I started bleeding ......... i don’t know 🤷🏽♀️ anyone ?
