I was diagnosed with HSV2....

These are my questions:

Does this mean my partner has it for sure?

How did you tell your partner??

How did he take it?

How do you guys have sex now?

Do you take antivirals for the rest of your life or only when you have an outbreak?

For those of you married, do you use a condom?

How often do you get outbreaks?

And where do you get them usually?

They told my husband they couldn't test him unless he had an outbreak. Which he hasn't at all. Ever.

I was prescribed acyclovir and all I was told is take it three times a day but for how long? Havent started as today is my first day.
