Plan b during ovulation

So my bf and I had unprotected sex on my most fertile day and he came inside of me. About 30 hours later I took a plan b but I’m nervous that it didn’t work. I’ve been looking things up online and see that the pill is “useless” if taken during ovulation since the pill was made to delay or stop the ovulation process before it starts. Has anyone taken plan b and still got pregnant?
