Twins? Vanishing twin?

Had my first ultrasound today and found 2 sacs one behind the other. The top one you can see the baby but the second one was way to hard for them to see no matter what they tried! Couldn’t see if there was anything in it but could see blood flow in it?? Has anyone had this happen?? What was your outcome!!! Thank you!!

I had this happen. Had to go back for a repeat ultra sound a week later and to my surprise I have twins! I actually had triplets but one sac is empty. He said that the baby may have stopped developing

I'm in the same situation. They think it is probably retained product from a recent miscarriage 😢 but will confirm at the next ultrasound. My husband and I both had dreams before we even knew there were two sacs that we were having twins and my pregnancy symptoms are fierce so maybe???

im in the same boat. at 7 weeks found 2 sacs. but only one heartbeat. waiting for next ultrasound on 16th oct.
