first obgyn appointment after miscarriage in august..

hello ladies, I recently miscarried back in august and I am now pregnant with my rainbow baby. I went to my first appointment yesterday morning and I didn't get an ultrasound because I had gone to the hospital a few weeks ago due to spotting and they did an ultrasound there but I never got to see it. My doctor did a pelvic exam yesterday and said everything looked normal. he also tried the Doppler on me and said it would be a little too early to really hear a heartbeat but he says he thinks he heard something but it wasn't loud or consistent enough for me to hear. I thought I was 11 weeks because of this app but it turns out I'm measuring at 10 weeks and 3 days. My due date is November 17th and I'm just worried because when I miscarried back in August my baby stopped growing around 6 weeks and when I went in for my 10 week ultrasound my doctor said everything sounded normal like my doctor this time said. I'm not losing symptoms like last time but I'm still just so worried. Is it all in my head? I really just wanted an ultrasound but I won't get one for another 3 months :(
