Hey ladies. 
So, my son had some tiny pimple looking spots on his cheeks and now it’s all over his face, ears and even the back of his head. Is this normal? What could this be?

Looks like baby acne, I read about mommas rubbing their breast milk on it to relief it.

Awww it's just baby acne! Babies are bathed in our hormones at birth and this is a side effect. It'll go away by the time he's a month or so.

my 2 month old had the same thing. his dr wrote a prescription for ketoconazole cleared it right up in 3 days. I paired it with Aveeno babies lotion.

happens to loads of small children ! it will go away on its own but 100% recommend oatmeal baths they helped my niece a lot!
