Swollen?

I just had sex like fifteen minutes ago and when We were both finished I went to go pee and realized that my lady parts are swollen. What the heck?! Any explanations? Idk what to do. Should I shower and put on some granny panties? Or just lay and rest till it gets better? 
Just to clarify, my lips are swollen.

The same thing is happening to me but it’s uncomfortable and it stings to pee but it’s only on one side. Does anyone know what’s going on and what I can do to fix it. Cause it didn’t start happening until I was doing you know what down there and the morning it started happening and it’s been like this for a couple of days

That’s happened to me before. It could be from the blood flow of being aroused. It went down for me in an hour. It wasn’t painful or uncomfortable for me. Just swollen.
