closer to baby coming the more distant

my bf gets... he says he's excited & can't wait for baby to get here but the past 3wks after work (he works 10-12hrs shifts, 4 days a week) he comes home & goes straight to video games. we hardly have much of a conversation. I'm in bed & asleep before he's done, then repeat. on his days off he lays with me for like 10mins & repeat. I can't even hold his attention long enough to even tell him that it bothers me.. I have 3kids from previous relationship & I think he's overwhelmed, which I totally understand but he's the one who reassured me that everything's going to be ok. we haven't even had sex in 2wks & that's NOT normal... I'm just worried he's going to change his mind & leave bc this may be too much. but, he won't talk to me & even when he does he acts like everything's ok.. sorry I'm not looking for feedback, I literally have zero friends & needed to vent
