Baby Tavin made his way into the world this morning! And he wasn't waiting for anyone. Had contractions all day yesterday. Went back and forth on whether or not to go into the hospital. I would have a bunch of contractions really close together....and then they'd spread back out.

But we went in. Got there about 6 am. I was dilated to a 3. Got an IV. Tried to sit in the bath. Couldn't do it. Got out. Got checked. And bam, I was dilated to a 10!!! In like 50 minutes. I asked for the epidural immediately. The doctor came in to do it. But before he could, my OB said there wasn't time! I had really strong contractions and got the urge to push. And not even 30 minutes later he was here!

My perfect boy. 8 pounds even. 20.5 inches long. Dark hair and chubby cheeks like his daddy. My precious Tavin James! 😂😍💙
