My insurance company will give me a breast pump for free, but there are ten to choose from and in looking at the list I realized I have no idea what I'm looking for in a breast pump! So what has worked for you? Some are electric, some battery-powered. Some have little bags, which I guess make them portable. Do you travel much with yours or is it something that stays home? Some come with accessories. The only brand name I recognize from the list is Medela, but they also have pumps by Ameda, Freemie (you wear it like a bra?), Hygeia, Lansinoh, Nature's Bond, Spectra, and Tomy. But I guess more than brands, I'm interested to know which features worked best for you in your breast pump and why? Thanks so much in advance! This is all super confusing. 😬
