So I’m a 21 year old female with Generalized anxiety disorder and major depressive disorder. Today I just got my depo shot due to my painful and irregular periods. My question is for anyone who has the same disorders that I do, what was it like for you? I’m quite worriedfor what’s coming for me since I’m really new to all this BC stuff. I regret not reading that much about it I kind of just trusted my GYN since I’ve had her for years now.
