Has anyone ever done surgical removal for stretch marks on breasts?

I haven't had surgical removal, but mine naturally disappeared after a year or so. They became white and almost invisible. So if you just had a baby, maybe it would be in your best interest (and your wallet's) to be patient before you look into surgery.

I have had them since puberty (like 20+ years since I’m 33) and the stretch marks have not disappeared. Mine are on the side towards the top which makes them visible in certain tops too! I believe there are certain lasers that can reduce the appearance but I don’t know which laser. You’d have to see a dermatologist or plastic surgeon.

I wish it was as simple for me!! I have them all over my back and shoulders and I want them gone. I lost the weight too. They haven't 'disappeared' they just turned white and I see them when ever I turn and my shoulders exposed. Don't get me wrong I love my self, but I HATE those stretch marks, unlike the ones on my hip that I couldn't give a damn about. I've heard people that go on and on about how they love their tummy tucks but it wears you down a bit and takes a long recovery time. I've also had lots of success using a 'dermaroller' they freaking hurt but their worth it. They won't make them go away but they have been making my stretch marks less deep and lighter each use which is a plus ".
