did your relationship ever go from super lovey dovey touchy in the beginning to kind of just nothing? like we still have sex 3-4 times a week and we still kiss each other and tell each other i love you but just little things like random hand holdings or random sweet messages don't happen anymore. has anyone else experienced this?

Side note: My SO has been struggling with the loss of a friend and he says he just hates this time of the year because of other losses from the past. but he doesn't look for me for comfort or anything he says to just let him do his thing but it's getting to such a frustrating point like he doesn't want me. i know that's not the case but it's just hard to deal with at the moment and i realize i seem very unsympathetic but put yourself in this position!
