Tips for nausea when cooking for family?
I just got so sick making my son's dinner. I have started gagging at the smell of normal foods like meat, cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms. Even thinking about it now I feel sick.
I was one of the lucky ones who didn't get sick with my first. I can avoid those foods myself but I can't just remove staple items in my son's diet. My husband is only home for breakfast (and fruit/yogurt/cereal all don't bother me anyway). Any tips for getting through cooking/food prep??
