Had light brown and pink spotting a few days ago, went away. Then bled heavy out of nowhere so assumed it was my period. Then this came out of my vagina after bowel movement this morning. Last night I was in so many pain, a lot of pressure and cramping in uterus. So bad the pain could've made me throw up. (My period has never been mucusy, ever) I would've only been 4 weeks
