unusual period-no cramps

last month my period was 5 days early, very heavy and had horrible cramps...it put me in tears...I started to wonder if I had failed implantation since I never had a positive pregnancy test.

this month I started spotting a few days early and now for day 2 it's a normal flow, but brighter than usual. (day 2 is usually the worst for me)

I have had cramps every single period ever since I can remember and now all of a sudden, I have ZERO cramps!

has anyone ever experienced this before?
