3 periods in 1 month

I had my son 4 months ago. I had pp bleeding for 8 weeks and then had a couple normal periods after that. then on September 3rd i started a cycle. lasted 6 days, normal flow. then 2 weeks later started another normal 6 day period and then 2 weeks after that I am having another normal period. 4 days in so far. I feel super depressed, low sex drive, no appetite, cranky, tired, started losing my milk supply. before a month ago I was happy all the time, had a high sex drive, big appetite (I'm exclusively breastfeeding), and I wasn't anymore tired or cranky than usual. ive also been working with a lactation consultant to get my milk supply back. it's really frustrating. I have 4 kids and I just feel like I don't have the energy to do anything. I'm taking a prenatal with iron also. I have an appointment tomorrow. anyone have anything similar happen to them?
