I'm about a week away from my period but I have been having hot flashes for about a week now, and now I generally just feel kind of week, crampy, no energy. I'm almost 31 but I thought hot flashes started a lot later in life! I will take my temp and it fluctuates a lot 99.0, 98.3, 98.6???Has anyone ever experienced this?
