Implantation bleeding?!?

Does this look like IB? I always spot the day before AF, but it is ALWAYS dark red. It has never been pink like this. AF due tomorrow, and I think I'm 13 dpo, but it could be 11 or 12. I've had nausea once, tender breasts here & there, I've been very tired for almost a week & a half now constantly, and I've had hot flashes quite a bit. I've been testing, but still getting BFN's. I'm hoping I'm a little off on my days & its earlier in than I think. My husband & I have been TTC for about 9 months now.
