That baby weight though 😢

Really struggling to shake those last 12 pounds. And that's just pre-baby. I have 22 to be my goal weight and I'm just struggling so much. I can't find the time at all to be exercising near as much as I want to because I work all the time and when I'm not working I'm catching up on built up work and mommy-ing. I've cut out dairy and sugar and most carbs (already gluten free) and I just can't shake it!! I'm needing some crazy encouragement and motivation. I'm hating the reflection in the mirror and my self esteem is taking a huge hit.
