Black pepper is actually really good for your abs!
Believe it or not, adding just half a teaspoon of pepper to your meals can help you get a flatter stomach. How? Pepper contains a compound called piperine, which helps fight the formation of new fat cells. While we can't totally discount the effects of planking and/or dieting, at least we know there are some foods that help us get that much closer to the definition we want.
