my daughter, 15 yrs old, and I both have PTSD. My ex was abusive. Anyway we are finally free and repairing our lives. I was told learning self defense can boost someone's self confidence and help with anxiety. One thing we did together was going to the gun range this summer. Without her realizing I saved most of the shells. I didn't know at the time what I was going to do but as I sat down to craft - this idea came to my head. My daughter wants to be in Politics when she gets older. She's a strong fighter for equality and Justice. I thought the flag was a good representation of her.
