End of 2WW

I am 11 DPO today. I noticed on Monday that i woke up with a stuffy nose, slightly sore throat and my face feeling slightly poofy; and have every day since I have heard of this being a sign of pregnancy before, but how common is this? My boobs are also filling out my bra much more than usual. Anyone else who might be in the same boat?🤞
