What time of day take OPK?

Do you use FMU, test early afternoon, evening? I can't seem to get a positive testing around noon and witholding fluids.

Afternoon or evening was always best for me. I never got positives in the morning.

I do morning but not the fmu, I'll wait till the second one, so like I normally go around 6am then go again between 8-10 am and thats when I test
