lower back pain

good morning ladies, has anyone ever experienced lower back pain in your first trimester? my back pain is in one spot right at the top of my left buttcheek and it hurts so bad only when I sit. I have been struggling with this pain for 2 weeks. I have an office job so I sit all day. my Dr said take Tylenol as needed but I just want this pain to go away. 😢
