bled heavy for 2 days!

I have been TTC and my period is always normal. Well my period started a few days early and was crazy heavy for 2 days (which is not normal for me) and then just stopped! Has anyone else ever experienced this? Could this be implanted bleeding or is that only supposed to be light bleeding?? I've been having nausea for the past week/week and a half also
