Waiting for call back

I interviewed for 3 positions at a company about a month ago. The interviews went well & they said after they received my transcripts it would take about 2 weeks for a decision to be made. It has been about 4 weeks now & I haven't heard anything back. I also emailed after the interviews to thank them & follow up & heard no response from HR. They called my references about 2 weeks ago so the process is long. Should I call for an update or wait it out?
