TMI. But please help

Hey, I'm 7 weeks pregnant and out of nowhere, when I wiped after peeing I had pain on my labia, this has been happening for a few Days and then today I found a sore lump on it, freaking out, I've never had this before and have no idea what it could be?! Any ideas? Is this normal? TIA
