Preparing to conceive..

Hello ladies!! Me and hubby have been trying TTC for about 3 months now... I finally got my period 2 months in a row thanks to Metformin .. :-) . Is there any things that we should be doing to help our efforts. I've been watching my diet and trying to workout more. Thanks!!
