accidentally bought a ovulation test instead of pregnancy test and it is + af due 10/10

so I took the ovulation test just because it was only $1 and I didn't realize it was an ovulation test until I got home so I took it and it's a faint + I think but after is due 10/10 my boobs have been crest painful and itching like crazy.. can it mean I'm pregnant?
