I'm in college and my roommate recently dropped out. However her mom still talks to my mom and there's a hurricane coming. It's only category 1 and I really don't feel like going anywhere this weekend but her mom said that I could come to their house and hang out with them for the weekend. I really don't want to and see a need to do so but I don't want to be rude. I already told my mom that if it got super bad or looked like it was going to then I'd leave but right now things are fine and the storm won't get here until Sunday. What should I say to her?
