Ok so I went to the dr. today & got an early ultrasound at 5w2d bc I was having some very sharp one sided pains earlier this week. Thankfully everything looked great & the baby was in the right place. We were totally shocked to find out there is not just 1 baby but 2!!!! I’m going back for a second ultrasound in a few weeks once I’m at the 8w mark. I’m super anxious & nervous bc the dr. did tell us there is always the chance that both don’t develop & one embryo gets absorbed by the other. Has anyone had this happen to them?! I’m praying & hoping both little ones stick 🙏🏼
