Day 21 levels?

I just got a call saying my levels were at 3.5 and that I likely did not ovulate. What are "normal" levels for day 21? TIA

I've read anything above 10 means you ovulated.  On cd19 my progesterone was 34

That's weird. He said 7 showed I ovulated and he wasn't going to up my clomid. Maybe they are measuring different things or there might be different scales.

This is so confusing bc I have heard so many different things. My dr said anywhere from 7-21 is what they like to see. Mine was 31

Mine said I was at 7 and that meant I did ovulate.
