Please someone answer 😐paranoid

I know I'm paranoid and don't trust anyone and prob need counseling but I'm always afraid someone will try and poison me. And hurt my baby.... I went out with a friend she's a pretty good friend but I don't trust anyone 100% and left my drinks to go to bathroom, if she put something n my drink would I know it? Or could it hurt baby without me knowing
