It means you will be ovulating (release of fertile egg) soon, within the next 12-48 hours.  This is the optimal time to try to get pregnant.

This is really the only time you can get pregnant. Sex a few days before you are ovulating can result in a pregnancy. The sperm will survive a few days and be waiting on the egg.
