How did you meet?

I want everyone to post a picture of them and their SO. I want to know how you met, what you did for your first date, and any advice you have on meeting someone and staying in a relationship. GO!

We were co-workers, our first “date” was going biking. We had been friends for like a year prior though.

We met on okcupid and our first date was walking around downtown Columbus at the art festival, eating at a diner, and getting a drink. 4 months together feels like a year and he's my bestfriend

I couldn't pick one. We're the couple that fall in love with each other at such a young age. This is my fiance and I. We started dating when I was 14 and he was 16. He was just suppose to be a one night stand so I could lose my virginity. But he ended up being something more. This last July we celebrated our 5 year anniversary. And it's been hard. especially since we've been in a long distant relationship for 99% of that time. But I wouldn't trade it. Not for the world. I can't remember the first time we actually went on a date but I remember the first time my parents and I had dinner with him. We went to his rodeo, my first one, and saw him preform. When he saw me eat almost a whole pizza and still wanted to be with me I knew he was the one💖

This is my boyfriend and I. We matched on Tinder in winter 2014. We never met because he graduated college and went back home and I returned to my college from my internship (with Disney!). Two years later, I broke up with my boyfriend to be with him, flew from Maine to Florida on a whim, and met him for the very first time. It could have ended horribly. But we just celebrated one official year together and moved to Pennsylvania together. This is the first photo we took together. He picked me up from the airport at 11 at night. I was so nervous. We went out for margaritas and he kissed me on the street corner and I knew right then that I had made the right choice. I went back to Maine, quit my jobs, and terminated my lease and moved in with him a week later.

We've been together 2 years now. Met 9th May 2015 when I was out for my 18th and my friend invited him along. He was a true gentleman. Got me drinks, danced with me was never inappropriate then he got in my taxi with me to make sure I got home safe. He added me on th the next day and we just started talking from there. 2 months later I moved into my own home and it progressed from there, we'd be up all night talking then he asked me on a date the week after. We've been together since and I'm so in love with him. He's became a father figure towards my son and would do anything for the both of us. At the minute we are discussing living together, whether or not we want to find somewhere else or redecorate my house to make it a home for the both of us ❤😍

We met in college. We lived in the same dorm haul. I would go to his room when my roommate was being mean and crazy. He'd always do nice, random things for me like help me carry stuff from my car to my room lol. I could tell he liked me but I didn't feel ready for a relationship so we were just good friends for a while. I miss those times lol they were cute. I'd always sleep in his room and whatnot. When we started dating, our first date was at this festival thing. We got a hotel room and had a fun weekend. I think my advice for staying together for a long time is to just have fun. Always do stuff together but also have space.
