US @ 4wks5 days and nothing?

Question

I had an ultrasound today due to some one sided pain that was pretty bad, they couldn’t see ANYTHING on the ultrasound, not even the gestational sak. So I’m freaking out, this happen to anyone else? I’m currently waiting for my bloodwork to confirm if this should be the case or if there should be something there. Help 😩

I was in the ER and had a transvaginal ultrasound at exactly 5 weeks and you couldn't see anything. I went to my ob a few days later at 5 + 3 and you could see the baby and the heartbeat. It's normal not to see anything that early. Dont stress hun.

I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks 1 day and you could see a sack but no heart beat yet. At 6 weeks 3 days we could.

I had a transvaginal u/s at 5w1d & the sac was definitely visible. I hope the best for you - - maybe you implanted late?
