4 month bad dreams
For the last couple of nights, my daughter is having what appears to be bad dreams ☹️ (I've looked online and apparently they do have dreams)
She'll be in a deep sleep, it's not "real crying", more like whimpering and her bottom lip wobbles.
What can she possibly be dreaming about?! How can I comfort her? Obviously I don't want to wake her up at night time and disturb her sleep but it's so painful to watch.
