Mirena

Alright ladies. My doctor and I decided that the mirena is the best option for myself and my husband for contraception since we don't want anymore kids and he will not tie my tubes until I'm 30. I'm 26 now. I found out my insurance actually covers it which is awesome and my appointment is set. I've heard some crazy things about it so I'm just asking if anyone has any personal experience with it and what to expect. Google is just scary and my doctor said its a piece of cake. Lol. So how much pain should I expect? For how long? What about work the next day? All that good stuff.
