So for a few weeks now I’ll randomly get a super sharp pain in my lower left side (ovary area).. I have a history of cysts in my ovaries but this feels totally different. It will come on at random times and last about an hour or two and it’s SO PAINFUL. Sometimes it makes it hurt to pee or pass gas, like there’s pressure in that area of my belly. What could it be??? I don’t think it’s a cyst and I’m not constipated. I have an iud and pelvic inflammatory disease so I was worried it could be an ectopic pregnancy but I did a urine pregnancy test a week ago and it came back negative. What’s wrong with me?!?

Edit: Also my period last month was super super weird, I bled REALLY heavy for one day and then nothing at all but light spotting. This month I’ve just had light brown spotting.
