my period is scary...... help

My period came on yesterday really light than this morning it was really heavy. Midday today I was having really bad cramps so I laid down. I woke up 10 min ago now there no blood at all. I've been taking premama fertility drug for a month now. HELP Has this ever happened to anyone.
