I'm a recent college grad and finally started my real job a few weeks ago. The people in my department are nice but a little bit older than me. I'm very shy and get anxiety when I have to talk to people so it's really nervewracking for me to try and socialize. The closest one to my age is a guy that is only about 2 years older than me and really cute, (hoping he's single lol!) but I'm not sure how to try and talk to him because of how nervous/awkward I get. Any suggestions?
