Emotional situation...

This is a very emotional topic for me.. But my dog of 13 years has completely gone blind in one eye. When I call her she can't even find me sometimes and she walks into walls.. My family wants me to put her down but I feel like I'm robbing her life, yet I don't want her to suffer like that.. What should I do.. I just love her so much..
