my boyfriend have been ttc since june and nothing. i started letrozole last week for 5 days. we did the deed a few times last week and once this week. AF was suppose to come today according to Glow, but there is no sign of her. i have sore breasts, EXTREMELY mild cramping (i say extremely in all caps because i have endometriosis and cramps for me are hell), i'm crazy emotional, my sinuses are blocked, i had very thick CM a few days ago, and i've been craving salty foods like crazy!! am i just overthinking it or could i be pregnant? doctor said to wait until october 25th to test but i don't know if i can wait that long.
