Advanced semen analysis

My husband received the results of his semen analysis over the phone... we have an apt scheduled with the doctor next week to go over it in more detail but basically he las low count, low motility, and they don’t live very long. He also has a mild varicocele which is why we had the analysis done after only 6 months ttc. What should we expect to happen next? Has anyone had experience with this and what was recommended by your doctor? Are we able to get pregnant naturally or should we prepare for the worst? Thanks...
