38.3 weeks preg and got kidney stones. Hoping to go home tomorrow since they won't give me my c-section any sooner. Anyone else get kidney stones while preg?

Me! 34 weeks on the dot and was struck with a stone and hydronephrosis. 5 days in l&d; and they decided to do a stent. I had a stone completely blocking my left kidney and my dr said that when he put the stent in, the floodgates opened. I will have surgery after my baby is born to remove the stent and the stone(s)
Im surprised they wont just deliver your baby! Youre 38 weeks. Baby is cooked! Good luck!

I had a bad kidney infection at 32 weeks and was in the hospital for 2 nights on IV antibiotics. I know stones are even more painful, I cannot imagine. Hoping for a quick recovery for you!!

I never had kidney stones while pregnant, but my sister in law did and I remember how awful she felt. :( Hope you get to feeling better before your little one arrives!

I've had them twice already during my pregnancy. And I think I'm getting them again. I get them all the time though so the pain doesnt phase me.

Dealing w them for 4 weeks now.... miserable. Nothing I can do until baby comes and they can break them up and I can pee them out.

Thank you girls for being so sweet. 
I was admitted Thursday afternoon and just got home. Kidney stones are no joke. They had me peeing through a strainer the whole time and when I left today I looked at the screener and it was FULL of teeny tiny shards of what looked like colored glass. No wonder I was in so much pain. I just kept passing sediment every time I would go. Now I'm at home on modified bed rest until Wednesday when I have my c-section (unrelated to kidney stones).
