I plan on breast feeding and I've removed my piercing

If your nipple piercings are completely healed, it's fine to keep your piercings in as long as you remove them before feeding. 
I had my nipples pierced for a few years before I got pregnant, but I took them out a few months before I got pregnant just due to sensitivity issues. The piercing holes closed up and I didn't have any issue at all with nursing.
